Simple, one-time pricing.
Pay once per event — from free for up to 5 guests, to A$59.99 for up to 200 guests. No subscription, no hidden fees.
All plans — pay once per event
Flash’d uses per-event pricing. You pay once when you create your event — there is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no automatic renewal. The plan you choose sets the maximum number of guests who can join and take photos. All other features are identical across every tier.
Free — A$0, up to 5 guests. Every core feature is available on the free plan: QR code sharing, the guest camera, host-controlled shot limits, a gallery reveal timer, and photo saving. It is not a trial — the free plan is permanently free. Use it for small gatherings, engagement shoots, or to try the platform before a larger event.
10 guests — A$1.99. For intimate events where 5 guests is too tight: small dinner parties, farewell gatherings, and backyard celebrations with close friends.
25 guests — A$4.49. Designed for birthday dinners, baby showers, and smaller house parties. Under A$0.18 per guest at capacity.
50 guests — A$12.99. Popular for milestone birthdays, casual house parties, and small corporate functions. Under A$0.26 per guest at capacity.
75 guests — A$19.99. Suited to mid-size weddings, cocktail evenings, and networking events. Under A$0.27 per guest at capacity.
100 guests — A$26.99. Our most popular plan. For larger receptions, brand activations, and school formals. Under A$0.27 per guest at capacity.
150 guests — A$42.99. For celebrations where the guest list grows above 100. Under A$0.29 per guest at capacity.
200 guests — A$59.99. The largest standard tier. At capacity that is A$0.30 per person. For events above 200 guests, contact us for enterprise pricing.
What every plan includes
All Flash’d plans — including the free tier — include the same core feature set. The only difference between plans is the maximum guest count.
No app download. Flash’d runs entirely in the phone browser. Guests scan the QR code and open the camera immediately without installing anything. iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and Samsung Internet are all supported. Works on any smartphone with a camera and a browser.
Photos only — no video. Flash’d captures photos. There is no video recording. This keeps the gallery lightweight and focused on the moments that matter.
Host-controlled shot limits. You set the maximum number of photos each guest can take when creating the event. Most hosts use 10 to 20 shots per guest — enough for genuine moments without a gallery full of near-identical frames.
Delayed reveal. The gallery stays locked until you unlock it. Set a specific reveal time when you create the event, or unlock manually whenever you choose. Guests cannot view each other’s photos until the reveal.
Photos kept until you delete the event. There is no expiry date on your gallery. Photos stay accessible as long as the event exists in your account — days, months, or longer. You decide when to delete.
Download everything. The host can download all photos from the gallery as a single ZIP file. Both guests and the host can also save individual photos directly from the gallery page.
